If you are considering living on Carera 13 #38-38, I highly recommend it. I stayed in this apartment for 3 months. The landlord, Igor, is extremely friendly and does everything he can to accommodate you. The wireless internet works perfectly (it helps that Igor is an electrical engineer by training), the doormen are friendly, and the payment transactions with Igor were simple and smooth. The apartment itself is in a great location (very central), and had everything you need for a short period of time. The fixed rate made for easy payments as well. As an American who worked in Bogota for 3 months, I highly recommend staying here to anyone considering it - it's an ideal situation for students and short-term business trips. Enjoy Bogota!
