They have one king size bed, bathroom with shower, electric kitchen & dining area, living room that has a pull out sofa bed, and a big front porch with rocking chairs and a beautiful mountain view of the Blue Ridge Appalachian Mountains. <br /> <br /> All Cottages are very clean and comfortably furnished. There is a change of linens, dishes, silverware, pots & pans. Guests do laundry and housekeeping. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator with freezer and a full size electric stove with oven and a microwave oven.<br /> There is a window unit air conditioner and propane gas heat. There is a color TV. If you use the antenna on the roof, you'll get about 3 stations for free. For an additional charge, you'll get over a hundred stations really clear with the Direct TV Satellite Dish. <br /> <br /> The best part is sitting on the front porch, enjoying the wonderful breeze, and looking at the beautiful mountains all around you. You can get out and take a walk and climb the mountain at the back of the cottages. <br /> <br /> No smoking inside the cottages. If you smoke, do it outside. Small pets under 20 pounds are considered for an extra charge. Pets must be kept on leash and cannot bark and disturb other guests. <br /> <br /> Send deposit to reserve.
