Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy:
A $250 deposit is required to hold your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation, refunds are made only if the unit can be re-rented for your time period , an alternative you can made a new reservation upon availability.
Damage/Loss Policy
The unit is individually owned and decorated. Please do not remove linens, dishes or others items from the unit. Guest are liable for additional charge resulting from any damage. We make every effort to ensure that all equipment is in working order. In event of breakdown, we will strive to repair it as soon as possible after being notified of the problem . We can not guarantee that a TV, appliances , etc.. will not break down during your stay and therefore, no refund or adjustment will be made for mechanical failure.
