It has a Master bedroom, a loft bedroom with large 8 x 8 foot skylight, and 2 double bed futons in the main room with full bedding, 2 beautiful bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, panoramic ocean views, spectacular sunsets, French doors that open on to wrap around lanai's and a large ocean view deck with propane BBQ, dining table and lounge chairs. The Master Bath has a 2 person jacuzzi bath with ocean view. We offer FREE nationwide long distance phone( not offered elsewhere), RoadRunner high speed internet ( $12.95 / day @hotels), beach gear with cooler / beach towels, and every amenity. The location is in a quiet, expensive neighborhood, and it is central to everything in Kona and on the Big Island from shopping to the volcano's to waterfalls and beautiful beaches.It is only 1/2 mile to Keauhou Shopping Center, with eight restaurants inclusive of Drysdale's of Baseball fame, KTA supermarket, car rental, post office, gift shops, walk-in medical clinic, and an 8 screen cinema. It has a wonderful Farmer’s Market every Saturday morning (pick up your fresh mangoes, papayas, bananas, exotic fruits, Kona coffee beans and fresh tropical flowers). On Friday evenings they have a free Polynesian dance performance. There is a big sandy beach with terrific shallow water snorkeling at Kahalu'u Park just down Alii Drive (go early in the morning to snorkel with the green sea turtles). Surfing lessons are also available. A couple of minutes further on Alii Drive will take you to terrific boogie boarding at Magic Sands beach.

It is in an executive neighborhood that is quiet, safe, and beautiful. You are two minutes from being in the water at Keauhou Bay or Kahalu Beach which has enclosed reef snorkeling, swimming beach, surfing beach, concessions, restrooms, showers and more. It is 1/2 mile from a major shopping center with theaters, supermarket, Post Office, restaurants, Saturday outdoor market, Friday night Hawaiian dancing and much, much more. Kona airport is only 10 minutes away.

Cancellation Policy- Refunds are allowed only if cancellation is in writing & received 45 days prior to arrival, with a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds on any special or discount rates. Bookings are non-refundable once paid in full. We strongly recommend that all vacationers purchase 'Travel Guard' or Vacation Insurance for any unforeseen situations, occurrences, or emergencies which could lead to any monetary loss. Vacationers by booking take full responsibility for failure to purchase travel insurance to protect them against any losses due to their inability to fulfill their booking, & therefore hold owner harmless. Failure to leave the home locked with lights,fans & water off will result in a $100.00 fee charged to vacationers credit card. Vacationer accepts this policy and booking constitutes acceptance of this policy
