Built in 2006 and professionally decorated, our villa has been equipped to ensure your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as our own! Located in the beautiful and tranquil gated sub-division of Tuscan Hills of Davenport, a short 12-15 minute drive to the Walt Disney Parks, 25 minutes from Universal Studios & Sea World and about 35-40 minutes from Orlando International Airport.The villa is located in the new gated community of Tuscan Hills, Davenport and comprises 1 King Master bedroom w/ensuite full bath, 1 Queen Master bedroom w/ensuite full bath, 1 Double bedroom + 1 Twin bedroom sharing a full bath. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs + DVD. Living Room seats 8 w/ large 42" LCD TV + DVD. Fully equipped Kitchen w/Breakfast Nook seating 4-6 and a separate dining room. Tiled floors throughout open areas.
Separate Study/TV room with writing desk, sofa bed, TV & DVD w/full ensuite bath and free WIFI access.
Laundry room w/washer/dryer, iron + board.
Fun Zone!! Complete Games Room with Pool, Foosball & Air Hockey tables, Cable TV, Playstation 2, Nintendo Wii, Bar Table and Stools.
South facing pool and spa overlooking conservation area, screened lanai perfect for outdoor dining, relaxing and sunbathing.
We also cater to babies needs by providing complimentary usage of 2 cots/playpens, stroller and highchair, toys, books and children's videos. For safety of the little ones, there is a protective mesh pool fence, providing a barrier to the pool.
A security system is installed and 24hr excellent property management service available.

Wow! What a wonderful, well-equipped, clean and comfortable vacation home! From the moment we entered, we knew we had made the right choice...so much more than expected! The kids (and the parents) absolutely loved the games room, all of the video games, the pool and all of the real comforts of a home! And so close to Disney Parks, restaurants, shopping and great golf courses. The neighborhood is very well cared for and it was an absolutely joy to stay at Villa Bermudiana - we'll definitely return!
