Each room exits to a patio designed for lounging or dining. 2 Master Bedrooms with bath. Queen size bed in Master, 2 Full size beds in Guest BR and queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Comfortably sleeps six. Tiled floors throughout over 1500 sq ft, high ceilings, natural light fills the rooms. Handicapped friendly including walk in shower and grab bars in Master bathroom. Each pool is shared by only 6 units so very private. Adjacent to Tahquitz Golf Course offering 2 Arnie Palmer courses. You feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door.

However, if the property is not re-rented, NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. If the property is re-rented, all monies received, less a $75 cancellation fee will be refunded. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE.
Must have valid ID and be at least 25yrs old to rent.
No Pool Parties, No more than 8 guests poolside
