Cancellation Policy
All reservations will be confirmed by email. All modifications and cancellations must be sent in writing (via fax or e-mail) to our reservations department. The request must indicate guest’s name, quantity of people (adults and children), check in and check out dates, room type. Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received via Fax or e-mail in our Reservations office. If refund is applicable and adheres to the policies, the corresponding amount will be refunded. For the latter the following cancellation policies will apply. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to fax 506 2643-1311 or by email to info@daystar-properties.com Refunds, if applicable will be made upon receipt of written cancellation; refunds will be made as per the following Green Season (April 16 thru December 15) • One night charge if cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival date. • No charge if the cancellation is made 7 or more days prior to arrival date • NO-SHOW, 100% charge, No refund High Season (January 4 thru April 15) • One night charge if cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival date. • No charge if the cancellation is made 14 days or more days prior to arrival date • NO-SHOW, 100% charge, No refund Peak Season (Christmas and Easter Week) • No charge if cancellation is made 30 days or more before arrival date. • 50% charge if cancellation is made 15 – 29 days before arrival date • 100% charge if cancellation is made 0 – 14 days before arrival date. • NO-SHOW, No refund All tours reserved and booked through DayStar Reservations or Reception desk require a 50% non refundable deposit if cancelled. All tour cancellations must be received in writing 72 hours prior to tour departure time.


Rules:TENANT AGREES AS FOLLOWS 1. Pay to DAYSTAR, as RENT as indicated above for the TERM. 2. TENANT may sign the Damage Policy Agreement and accept total responsibility for damage to the leased premises, furnishings and common areas caused by TENANT or TENANT’s guests or visitors. 3. Only the number of PERSONS indicated above will reside in the premises. 4. DAYSTAR is a smoke free environment. There shall be NO-SMOKING inside the premises. 5. PETS are not allowed. 6. That TENANT and members of TENANT’s party may be required to wear wristband identification or carry an identification card to gain access to the facility. 7. That a FAMILY FRIENDLY atmosphere is in the best interests of all Tenants and Owners. Behavior which is clearly contradictory to this objective may result in immediate eviction of TENANT without refund. 8. DAYSTAR reserves the right to refuse entry to persons invited by TENANT without cause or limitation. Invited persons permitted by DAYSTAR are subject to verification of identity and TENANT assumes responsibility for the actions of the invited person, including damage and theft. ARBITRATION Any dispute or discrepancies as to the terms and conditions of this agreement, the parties hereby agree to submit and settle such dispute under the jurisdiction and cognizance of an Arbitration panel, in full compliance to Law No. 7727 of the 9th of December 1997 and its bylaw stipulates. DAMAGES The TENANT agrees to be totally responsible for any and all damages caused by TENANT or their guest(s).
