Picturesque Waterfront on Narragansett <br /><br />Our house is waterfront property on Narranganset Bay. It is the last house on a one lane dirt road, and provides a private, parklike setting in the woods. The surroundings are very conducive for retreats, meditation, writing and sabbaticals. The house is comfortable and is great for family gatherings as well. There is a wood burning fireplace that brings coziness during the winter months. We have four bedrooms with1 king and 3 double beds. The dining and living room are spacious with only white columns dividing the space. There is a small sunporch and large wooden deck facing the waterfront. The kitchen is fully equipped, including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster oven, and washer and dryer. The bathrooms are a full bath off the master bedroom, a half bath in hallway near bedrooms, and a bath with walk in shower off one of the bedrooms. The house is built in a U shape with the living room being the connector. Three bedrooms are along one side of the U; the dining room, kitchen and one bedroom form the other side. The floor plan provides privacy in the bedrooms while other activity is going on in the main part of the house. The floors are hardwood throughout except for the kitchen and bathrooms. The house belongs to the Episcopal Diocese of Rhode Island. We have been using the house as a rental property for three years and have many repeat guests.

5 out of 5	The house was perfect! The view, the space, the cleanliness. We loved the large yard to play games, croquet and bacci ball. Sitting and enjoying the beautiful scenery while having cocktails and snacks by the water. Couldn't of asked for a better place! Pamela Buckley - Oct 12, 2010
