Our community has three heated pools, each with a spa, tennis courts and a basketball court. The pools are gated with gas BBQ grills, patio furniture and a wet bar for your use. NO BBQ grills are allowed on individual townhome patios, for safety reasons. We have around 1450 sq. ft. with hardwood floors, 2 queen beds, one bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. The family room has a fireplace & great windows. There are 3 TVs with cable, a VCR, DVD, CD and surround sound stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped including coffee maker and all pots, pans and dinnerware needed. We also have a full size washer and dryer. Both bathrooms have full size tubs with showers. There are 2 serene private courtyards. There is telephone provided for local calls only. $600-$950/week, $1800-$2850/month Oct - Nov 17th - $775.00/weekly Nov 18th-May $950/week = $135/day $2850/month = $91/day = I week free June -Sept $600/week = $85/day $1800/month = $58/day = 1 week free Call for summer specials!!!!!! June, July, August $400.00 4 day stay!!!! Deposit $400 reservation/security. Balance due 1 month before arriving. Cancellations less than 1 month before will forfeit deposit.
