Pukana La is a fully air conditioned & spacious two bedroom, one bath duplex home with porcelain tile floors throughout. The Pukana La features a complete, modern and open kitchen with sealed top stove/range, dishwasher, built-in microwave, fridge, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare complete meals. The kitchen opens to the living area with a convenient breakfast bar/nook while enjoying direct ocean views. The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and also has wrap-around breath-taking ocean views. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. In the dining room area the original red wood beams have been exposed and creative lighting illuminates the ceiling. The master suite has tranquil garden views and features a queen size bed. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and heavy teak and tropical furniture for an elegant feel. Both bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning & tropical ceiling fans although they are rarely needed as this home enjoys cool tropical breezes year around. Close by are world famous North Shore attractions such as the Hauula hiking trails & preserve, Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay Resort & Golf, Brigham Young University, Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, Kualoa Ranch and the last unspoiled "Hawaiian" style towns on Oahu. Rental Rates for this Vacation Rental Property
RATES in USD and based upon amount of nights booked:
For bookings of: Nightly:
3 nights or more: $274.99
5 nights or more: $249.99
7 nights or more: $224.99
We charge a flat rate of $2,100.00 for reservations covering Christmas or New Year's Holiday. This rate covers up to 7 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal nightly rate. Christmas reservations must vacate by December 29 and New Years reservations cannot arrive earlier than December 29. Reservations which include both Christmas and New Years are billed a flat rate of $4,200.00 and cover up to 14 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal rate.
TERMS:
All rates quoted are based upon four (4) person occupancy and are charged based upon the amount of nights you stay.
Absolute minimum requirement for booking a reservation is three (3) nights.
Minimum requirement for Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Easter and BYU Graduation (Spring) is 7 nights.
Minimum requirement for Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fourth of July is 5 nights.
Add $15.00 daily charge for each additional guest over four (4) person occupancy up to a maximum of six (6) people, including children over 1 year of age..
One (1) parking stall is provided per vacation home. Extra parking is available for a one-time $20 per vehicle fee.
Add a $104.71 one-time cleaning fee to all reservations.
Rates and fees are subject to change without notice. Special prices and required lengths of stay may apply around popular holidays & long weekends. Call for more details.

Cancellation Policy
To hold your reservation we require a non-refundable 25% advance deposit. No reservation is guaranteed until the rental agreement ("terms and conditions") has been agreed to online (during reservation process) and the initial deposit paid. Any changes to the reservation after the agreement is accepted and the deposit is paid will be subject to a one-time $100 administrative processing charge (excluding cancellation of a reservation when deposit is non-refundable). If you cancel after final payment has been made, or after arrival at the property, you agree to forfeit all rents prepaid except for any amount we are able to recover through re-renting the property. We reserve the right to re-rent the property for less than the amount you agreed to pay and will refund only the amount we are able to recover. No exceptions to this policy will be made for any reason. You are advised to obtain travel insurance coverage.
