Nice private apartmnet building 400 meters from the beach of Playa el Agua. Contains four big apts (130 m2) with nice planning and furniture and decoration. Ther are also a small house by the gate that we call La Casita, also fpr rent. It's kind of compact living with a room w bed, bedside tables, closet, table and chairs, wallmounted TV/DVD.We got private parking, BBQ corner and a nive pool area...and I really do¨n't know what more to say? Ask me and I'll fill you in!

Cancellation Policy
50 % deposition and the rest a week before arrival. Cancellation must be done 3 months ahead to recieve the entire deposit, but we are ver human and flexible, and so far we NEVER had a client that we couldn't sort it out with. :-)
