There are Mexican artworks at every turn, including hand carved stone columns and statues. On the first level is a dining room, living room, kitchen (complete with microwave, blender, coffee maker, etc), two bedrooms (one double and two twins) and a bath. On the second level is the spectacular master bedroom and bath. The master bedroom is constructed under a large dome. One wakes up in the king size bed with its lavish marble headboard to a sweeping view of the village and the cruise ships entering the bay. The rest of the second level is your private rooftop ocean and village view terrace. There are lounges and a dining area to take in the magical Vallarta sunsets. This courtyard has a brick floor with inlaid hand painted Mexican tiles, luscious palms, hand carved stone statures and a traditional Mexican stone fountain. The double door entrance to the Courtyard Home is private and secure. Tiled tables in the Courtyard area allow for open air dining if desired. The living room, dining room and kitchen doors all open completely onto the courtyard. The interior living room, kitchen, dining room and master bedroom (double bed) all have views of the bay and the village. Our guests at the Courtyard Home may chose to rent just the living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two baths at a very reasonable $369 per week May thru Oct and $449 per week Nov thru April. Two additional double bedrooms, each with their own private baths, are available at $95 per week each. Bedrooms are NOT rented out on an individual basis.
