The vacation home is situated in a picturesque area in the middle of a 2000 acre cattle ranch so very quiet and peaceful. Not many neighbors. However it is close to a major city for your "city fix". Lots of shopping and culture.It is warm and cozy with two gas burning fireplaces. And very cool in the summers. Decorated with a country flair. A perfect getaway.

Conveniently stretching south from the growing and eclectic city of Missoula, the Bitterroot Valley is nestled between two majestic mountain ranges with a beautiful freestone river that flows for 90 scenic miles. Some of the best hunting and fishing in the world is found here, and the 3rd largest wilderness area in the lower 48 states borders the valley. There is a lot to do and even more to see.
Lots of places to fly fish, hike, cycle, ski, horse back ride with lots of nice restaurants. Very country. Only a few hours to Canada, Glacier National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Idaho and Washington. Very centrally located for seeing the Pacific Northwest of the USA.
