Cottages at the Rookery are completely furnished in cottage chic style, decorated with care and love to be clean and fresh when you arrive. Snowbirds welcome. It is located at mile marker 6, which is 17 miles down Fort Morgan Road from Gulf Shores. Master bedroom features queen size bed, second bedroom has standard double, and the third bedroom has twin beds. The living room sofa makes a queen size bed. There is a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and ice maker. There is a washer and dryer. There’s no phone, (bring your cell phone) but there is satellite TV. Weekly Saturday to Saturday summer rate is $895, March 15 – August 30.  We rent by the month in January, February and March for $1000 all inclusive for snow birds.

September, October, November and December are slow rental months, but the weather wonderful then.  Rental rates are drastically reduced for those months for couples and small families.  These months can be rented for $490 a week.  Email owner.
