The Florida?s Beach community of Indian Shores is a quiet beach community to the south of Clearwater Beach. With a residential quality, visitors to Indian Shores feel right at home. Indian Shores is also home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, a non-profit agency dedicated to the care and release of injured birds, native to the Gulf Coast. Seabird Sanctuary is open daily to the public and admission is free.
Indian Shores has over two miles of sandy beach to enjoy, along with beach activities that include swimming, shelling, sunbathing, and fishing. With a variety of shops, restaurants, and accommodations, there are plenty of choices for the visitor.

Cleaning Fee: A $95 departure cleaning fee is added to listed rates. Weekly housekeeping services are available at $35 per week.
Tax: 12% tax is added to the above rates.
Deposit: Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a $300 US Advanced Deposit per condiminium. If deposit is not received within 2 weeks from booking, reservation will be canceled.
Cancellation: Written notice must be received 45 days prior to arrival date, or deposit is forfeited. Requests received more than 45 days wll be refunded, less 40% administration fee.
Late Arrivals: Arrivals after office hours must be paid in advance prior to arrival.

We spent a week at this resort in condo #18 and realized instantly that one week would not be enough time to enjoy the countless number of activities and restaurants local or less than a 20 minute drive. The beaches are beautiful with amazing views and sunsets. This is a place were you will be in a contest with your kids to see who can have more fun. The condo #18 was amazing! A home away from home with a view and a balcony that is perfect for relaxing. It was very clean, temperature controlled and safe for kids. You cannot beat the price for what you get in return.
