Policies Deposits and Cancellation Policy: As we are not equipped as Hotels, & bookings are usually made well in advance, our policy is PAYMENT IN FULL in order to secure or confirm your reservation. The payment is non-refundable. Checks should be made payable to Softec, Adventures in Software. (Checks must be cleared prior to arrival) In addition, upon arrival, a security deposit of $500.00 is required! Guests are responsible for missing items, including but not limited to towels, linens, etc., and/or any damage done by themselves or their friends. Of course we encourage you to inspect the house completely upon arrival. We have no objections to accommodating pets, however, there is an additional deposit to cover damage and/or clean up, should it become necessary. Pet owners must be in control of their pets and are fully responsible for their pet's clean up and other damage.
