Nestled next to a creek and backing onto Crown land, this property offers the ultimate outdoor setting. Located 5 minutes from Lake Koocanusa and the Kootenay River with its world class fishing; 25 minutes from Cranbrook; 45 minutes from Fernie and Kimberly.

Description - Secluded cabin on 100+ acres with creeks & lakes

Enjoy the outdoor amenities of our beautiful location, with the privacy of your own
cabin.  The cabin is of timber-frame construction, approximately 600 square
feet, and features a loft area with queen bed.  A fully-equipped kitchen
features a full-sized gas stove/oven, electric refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffeemaker. and electric kettle  The breakfast area has a unique handmade table constructed from
prehistoric (50,000 years old) Kauri wood imported from New Zealand.  The living area has a
double futon, recliner and sofa, while the dining room has a burled wood table
with seating for four.  Outside, a large wrap-around deck has tables, lounge chairs
and awning.  A hammock nearby beckons you for an afternoon
slumber, while the gas barbecue grill awaits your freshly caught fish or other
local delights.

Beds:  Queen pillow-top mattress, double futon.

Sleeps:  Four maximum.

Pets:  May be allowed for additional fee; inquire.

Rates:  $125/night double occupancy.  Additional persons over 2 are $25/night per person.  Up to two children age 6 and under for $25/night additional.

Deposit of 50% due within ten days of confirmation via cheque or postal money order.  Balance due 30 days in advance.  Cancellations subject to $40 fee.  Cancellations less than 30 days in advance forfeit full deposit.

Open May through mid-October.
