It is lavishly decorated with oriental rugs, beautiful art and comfortable teak furniture, private pool deck adjacent to long covered balcony with panoramic views of Secret Harbor. Also on site is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath downstairs apartment with a pull out full size sofa bed. The apartment is equipped with an office including an all in one fax, copier, printer scanner . The kitchen includes a full stove, refrigerator and microwave.The apartment can be rented in conjunction with the house rental, but will never be rented to another party the same time the house is occupied. We feel it is necessary to provide our guests with the utmost privacy in order to relax and fully enjoy the villa.
