Simandlhof - vacation rental farm <br /><br />Our farm "Simandlhof" is situated in the bavarian forest in the east of bavaria. The village we live in is surrounded by charming hills and woods. It is the perfect scenery for recreation, sports and trips. Autobahn (10 km) and Highway (2 km) are close and there is plenty to see: citys like Straubing (20 km), Regensburg (40 km), Passau (80 km) and Munich (150 km) but also czech republic (50 km) and austria (80km) and the attractions of the bavarian forest (distilleries, saltmine, theme parks, glassblowing, toboggan run etc.).<br /> Our two holiday apartements are 90 m? each. One apartement is with sauna and terrace the other with balcony and unique view. Each offers a fully equipped kitchen with living area, a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. They are spacious, bright and friendly. <br /> As we live on a farm there are many animals like cows, horses, a dog and cats. There is plenty of space on our farmyard for kids to play. <br /> All in all we offer a view into the bavarian lifestyle!
