Each room is appointed with a TV/DVD, free Wi-Fi, private 5 person Jacuzzi, Flagstone gas woodburning fireplace, gas BBQ grill and ski storage locker. Rec Room has Pool table and saunas.You will love our Bear decor.

Big Bear boasts recreational activities for all including skiing, snowbaording, boating, fishing, biking, hiking and more. You will find lots to do in Big Bear while enjoying it as a vacation destination. There are an ubundance of fine restaurants, specialty shops, and ongoing activities year round in Big Bear. With over 100 inches or snow fall each year, Big Bear is a world class ski destination.

Therefore like many cruises, tour packages and airline tickets, when booking and reserving a vacation rental home, you will usually need to make a full or partial payment upfront in order to reserve the property. According to our contract all bookings are non-refundable. In the event you need to cancel or change your reservation please do so within a timely manner. It is in your best interest to contact us immediately as you will receive a credit for any of the days that we rebook. If only a portion of your reservation is rebooked, then you will be issued a credit for that amount and not the full amount of your booking. Credits must be used within 1 year of cancellation. Early departure does not warrant any refund of any monies received, rent, fees, or taxes. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately.
