Rental Rates for this Vacation Rental Property
High season (15.may - 31.august): 115 EUR per night*.
Low season (1.september - 14.may): 105 EUR per night*.
The Cabin shall be returned clean (you should clean the cabin lightly before departing). It is possible to pay for final cleaning at departure 95 EUR and has to be notified when booking. (see FAQ and booking conditions).
5% discount if booked 7 nights or more. A 20% confirmation fee must be payd with credit card and the remaining amount no later then 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total amount will be repayd (20% non refundable confirmation fee). If cancelled later then 30 days prior to arrival, there is no guarantee of being refunded, depending on possibilities of re-renting the cabin.
