Rental Rates for this Vacation Rental Property
Low season ~ November 1 - December 21 January 5 - February 2
Mid Season ~ March 1 - June 1, September 16 - October 31 in addition Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter Weekend. (three night minimum stay)
Peak Season ~ June 1 - September 15 (three night minimum stay)
Guest House rental rates are based on six persons, there is an additional $25 per person/per night fee for additional guests.
NO smoking indoors; smoking is permitted on decks, gardens and beaches.
A $500.00 Canadian Security deposit is required at time of making your reservation and will be refunded upon completion of inspection by our staff.
A $150.00 Canadian cleaning fee is due at the end of your stay. For stays longer than a week, and additional cleaning fee may apply.
All rates are quoted in Canadian currency, and are subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION and DEPOSITS
50% of your total fees are due at reservation.
Your balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival.
If you cancel 45 days prior to your reservation, full refund will be issued, less a $100 administration fee.
If you cancel less than 45 days prior to your reservation, you will loose your deposit and balance.
No refunds will be made for unused days or early departures
