The House is composed of a fully equipped modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms for up to 13 sleeps, a living area with double sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms with shower or tub. All furnishings are tasteful and modern. There is an exclusive large sun terrace sea view of 70 sq mt with shower equipped with sun beds and sun umbrellas. The property can be easily reached by bus, train or car and there is private parking. It is a short walk down to the beach at La Marinella, or by bus to Sorrento Marina Grande where there are several excellent restaurants, boat rental services and a scuba diving centre. The bus stops which conned to Amalfi, Ravello, Salerno, Sorrento and Positano is a short walk from the property. From Sorrento and Positano there is boat service to Capri and Ischia. From Sorrento and Sant'Agnello there is train service to Pompei, Herculaneum, Vesuvius and Naples. From Salerno there is easy connection to the archeological site of Paestum. If You arrive by car, there are reserved parkings not far from the apartment. The Sant?Agnello railway station is about 800 meters away, and by train You can easily reach Pompeii, Naples etc. The nearest beach is La Marinella, which is 1200 meters away: You can go there on foot if You feel like, but If You decide to go by car, there is a car parking there. That beach is a typical Sorrento beach and You'll find a lot of bathing establishments where umbrellas, deckchairs and a bar are available and where kids can safely swim. Sorrento area is located on a platform of a volcanic stone, 50 meters above the sea-level and there aren?t many beaches. That is the reason why You?ll see so many wooden bathing establishments here.
