This luxurious 5 years old building with all amenities, a great pool, spa, parking lot and tropical garden,there is a 24 hour security and power back-up service.Inside,the condo offers all the comfort to enjoy your stay. full Air conditioning, cable TV, DVD & VCR, a full equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with lots of space to put everything you bring, a huge covered terrace and a nice balcony with an outstanding ocean view. You are definitely in a Country with a lot to do. Other than using the pool, watching the sea or enjoying the beach in front of the of the condo, everything, and I mean everything, is nearby. The famous Sosua Municipal beach is only 3 minutes walk. you are 3 minutes walk from the main street, restaurants, bars, etc., and 5 minutes walk to the super market. You may also buy the "all inclusive" per/day pass that will allow the use of the facilities at some of the nearby hotels. A great vacations treat for the woman of the house and still have the peace and privacy of this lovely condo.(ask for the infomation on your request). There are many tours that can be taken to see: the wales at Samana Bay, Ocean World in Cofresi,Safari's, horseback riding,etc..., The bus will pick you up or you can go by Caribbean Tours. Everything you enjoy, whether you like it quiet or more animated. It's up to you. With the freedom to receive your guests and to get the privacy you can't get in a major hotel. What else do you need? Reservations cancelled 2 days to 21 days prior to arrival will incurred a cancellation fee of US $ 200.00. (If guest makes a new reservation and uses it within 6 month of the cancellation, will receive a full credit of the cancellation fee applied towards the new reservation)
Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be non refundable.(If cancellation is due to illness or a natural disaster, The full nonrefundable amount will be credited to any future reservations that are made and used within 12 month from the date of the cancelled reservation.)
