Our family has been to South Beach many times for Spring break but this year it was exceptional thanks to Jorge & the condo at 5th & Ocean Drive----from my initial inquiry with Jorge to check out time there was nothing but professionalism----Jorge was there to answer all my concerns and offer advice---the condo itself was beautiful!!!---walking into it for the 1st time was fantastic!!!----the views alone are amazing---the furnishings seemed so Miami Chic and in great condition----everything in the condo was so comfortable---everything you would need was right there---very well furnished!!!! My wife & I enjoyed a bottle of wine each night on one of the 2 balconies---the location was perfect for us---directly across the street from the beach----PERFECT!!!---although all days were spent at the beach my daughter especially enjoyed taking a swim in the roof top pool before heading in to one of the 2 fantastic bathrooms to prepare herself for dinner out at one of the MANY area restraunts!!! I would recommend this condo AND Jorge to all interested in GREAT ACCOMODATIONS and a GREAT LOCATION in South Beach!!!!! Simply the BEST!!!! 5 out of 5	A few of us wanted to travel to South Beach and we found this awesome place. This condo is perfectly located in the heart of South Beach. We loved the fact that we were just one block away from everything that makes South Beach so fun (i.e., the beach, restaurants, bars, clubs, and shopping). Our stay in South Beach was awesome, but renting this place made it memorable. Jorge is a nice, considerate, and friendly guy. The first day of arrival, he greeted us and gave us a quick tour of the place. I would recommend this place to anyone will be traveling to South Beach. Jonathan - Feb 14, 2012
5 out of 5	My boyfriend and I go to South Beach every summer and were ecstatic to come across this rental property last year. We recognized the building and knew exactly where it was located so we snatched it up right away. If you know anything about South Beach you know that you want to stay on Ocean Drive. That - and that you want to be right by everything, but not always right in the middle of it. This property is on 5th and Ocean, so you are right at the border of SoFi (South of 5th), which is the quieter end, and the craziness that Ocean Drive has to offer (directly on the other side of 5th!). Whether you want to relax or party; enjoy the beach, go shopping or eat a great meal with a view of the ocean; have a romantic getaway or a fun-filled weekend with friends, this is the place to do it. You get what you pay for and this rental is worth every penny. It's spacious, has high-end furnishings, direct views of the ocean and two oversized balconies, both of which are accessible from one of the bedrooms and the living room - and that's the other must-have for South Beach - a balcony. You won't find many of those on Ocean Drive (and this one has TWO!), as most of the buildings are old and don't have them. Also, when planning vacations for more than 2 people, it's tough to find rentals where all vacationers feel like they get the "good room" - both bedrooms have their own bathrooms, are spacious and have balconies. So the other couple, the kids, whomever will not feel like they got shafted on their room! We'll definitely be going back here once a year - and Jorge is a pleasure to deal with! Only thing I would change is the pet policy, but the entire building is not pet-friendly, so there isn't much Jorge can do to accommodate. Richele - Jan 11, 2012
5 out of 5	We stayed for a Birthday vacation in South Beach like we do every year. Usually we stayed at a hotel or a friends place but this time we decided to rent an apartment. Ocean Pearl 2 is a beautiful apartment and does exactly look as shown on the pictures. Once arrived the owner Jorge, very friendly and helpful, welcomed us and showed us around. Everything necessary was available. It s great located, right on Ocean with a great living room view and a short walk to everything. The apartment gave us enough space and was very clean. For it s location we need to mention that it was very quiet. We will definitely rent Ocean Pearl 2 again. Thank you Jorge, till soon Joe, Ornella and Alice Ornella, Joe and Ali - Oct 1, 2011
