The complex is gated and secure, and beach access is controlled from a key pad gate (no keys to fumble with). You will appreciate the security as you open up the entire front of your condo to see the gorgeous ocean and watch the magnificent sunsets. The condo is a spacious 1200 square feet and has recently been completely remodeled, with custom mahogany cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. You have a private laundry room as well, and secure parking. Some of the most popular restaurants on the island are in walking distance (Sand Castle on the Beach, Aqua West, Lost Dog, West End Grill, Le St. Tropez) while others are just a short drive (Sunset Grill, Coconuts, Rhythms, and the Domino Club, home of the famous beer drinking pigs). Experience the slow pace that Frederiksted offers and get completely back to nature in this lovely, private and secure condo. |
