This cabin is a cozy retreat with immediate access to the Big South Fork National Park, River and Recreational area.

Rental Rates for this Vacation Rental Property
$125.00 per night - up to 2 people
$ 15.00 per night extra adult
$ 7.50 per night extra child under 12 years
$ 25.00 pet fee per stay
$ 15.00 per horse per night AND includes shavings

- Minimum stay: 2 nights
- Cleaning fee: $50
- Other fees: 9.25% Sales Tax
- Lodging Tax: 5%
Cancellation Policy
A 45-day notice is required for cancellation. Should you need to cancel after the 45-day limit your security/damage deposit and first payment will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of $100.
If cancellation occurs with 14-days or less, refund is given minus a cancellation fee of $150. At management’s discretion, a ‘Rain Check’ may be issued and kept on file for 6 months.
