Area Description: Cruz Bay on St. John is the charming, colorful town where you will arrive from St. Thomas. It has lots of wonderful restaurants, shops, art galleries, dive shops, etc. Short 5-minute drives west of Cruz Bay are the well-established neighborhoods of Great Cruz Bay and Chocolate Hole, matching relaxed surroundings with convenient locations. The beaches along this stretch of the south shore range from coral to sand. The closest sandy beach is in Great Cruz Bay, home of the Westin Hotel and Resort just a mile away. The pristine beaches of the North Shore are just 15 minutes away by car.

Our wonderful location puts us at risk for hurricanes. Guests may need to be evacuated for their safety. VIVA! is not responsible for airline changes, the cost of alternate accommodations or cancellation fees and no refunds/adjustments can be offered in this event. If the home reserved becomes unavailable due to its sale or irreparable damage by an act of God, VIVA! will make every effort to re-reserve a similar property. If similar accommodations cannot be found, a refund will be issued. This villa is to be used by the maximum number of Guests listed on this contract only.
