Rental Rates for this Vacation Rental Property
rates vary slightly depending on number in party and length of stay. weekend are friday through Sunday, with a late check out.
terms above are for two people, but for each couple add $50 per night and for each child add $15 per night.

cleaning service is available, but not mandatory. you may pay for daily cleaning, but the end of visit cleaning is included.
