No tax due when staying 90 days or longer. MONTHLY RATES: $1,200.00 + 11% tax. Guests pay their electric and propane when staying by the month or season. WEEKLY RATES: $550.00 + 11% tax. NIGHTLY RATES:(2 night minimum)- $125.00.
