The house is divided into 3 separate flats with their own entrance and their own direct access to the garden making it ideal for two or three families wanting to holiday together yet retain some privacy. The whole villa is to be let during high season. It can be let separately during other periods. Shared: utility room with washing machine and iron board, swimming pool, open grounds, tennis table, pizza oven. A communal game room is available for children and teenagers. Set in beautiful grounds, this converted farmhouse offers more than 500 m2 of living space. Guests will find every comfort and an excellent standard of accommodation.The intimacy and comfort found in the house make it a romantic retreat for a couple or for those who wish to go into retreat. The house is situated along 700 m off the main road, with a very easy access for all cars. Tennis and fitness center available in a private ground at 800m from there.




Amenities and excursions Situated in the lovely green Umbrian hillside, halfway between Firenze and Roma, half an hour from Perugia, with panoramic views of Lake Trasimeno in background, Villa Podagello is an oasis of total privacy overlooking the valley and hills between Citt? della Pieve and Chiusi in neighbouring Tuscany. Historic Trasimeno (25 mn) with one of the largest lakes in Italy, is located at a stone?s throw from the property. For art lovers : featured recently in an Italian magazine of art, Citt? della Pieve,4 km away, is the home town of El Perugino (Pietro Vanucci),famous Renaissance painter. It is a beautiful medieval town with shopping amenities and restaurants. Chiusi,an ancient etruscan city with archaeological sites, has a major train station (half an hour from Roma by train) and is within a 10 minutes drive. A very good restaurant serving traditional food from Umbria is just round the corner. For music lovers, many international music events. Other sport: golf 10 km from the villa.

Dear Claudine We are now back from our lovely holiday in Italy (having spent a few extra days at Lake Bolsena on the way home). I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay. Your house is great and the space was perfect for our large family.
