Just 100 yards from the lush tropical pools in the resort, with water
slide, lazy river, hot bubbling Jacuzzi and tropical gardens, the
Villa's own heated, south-facing pool is almost superfluous.
Set among the 554 lakes of Polk County, Highlands Reserve adjoins
one of Florida's major national conservation woodlands, which is a
fully protected and unspoilt nature reserve and the community nestles
in beautiful rolling countryside, with an abundance of pine trees and
orange groves adding to the ambience. The 18 Hole, Par 72 Golf
Course incorporates a snack bar, driving range, practice area and
putting green and is the closest vacation-rental-home, golfing
community to Disney. Occupants of our villa have ready access to the
golf course and full, free access to the exclusive, members-only
resort, with its tropical pool, restaurant, bars, fitness studio,
children?s play area, tennis courts and conference center, making it
an ideal base for families, golfers and theme park visitors.
With two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, a sofa bed and two
bathrooms, up to 10 people can enjoy this well appointed, luxury
villa, with plenty of space for everyone in the 530 square feet open
plan living area. When you?ve had enough of the theme park crowds
and the resort?s spectacular 2? acre pool complex, you can relax
around your own private pool, with patio table, chairs and sun
loungers.
This is a real home from home ? all you need to bring is yourself,
your swimsuit and leave your worries behind.
