Enjoy this spacious house located just steps away from the lake near park 4 with swim area and sandy beach, barbeque picnic area, kids play structure and boat dock.Lake of the Pines is nestled in the Gold Country Sierra Foothills of Auburn, California between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe North off Route 80 and Route 49 North.
Accommodations include large family great room with 60 inch flat screen TV. Large kitchen with granite counter tops and extended bar area. Large master BR with queen size bed, Guest BR with queen size bed, 2nd guest BR with full size and twin size bunk beds. Dining room/living room area with two full sized futons, LCD TVs in Master BR and dining rm/living rm area, with free Satellite service, Play station 2 and game and movie collection.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all new appliances, kitchen ware and utensils for use. There are plenty of linens and towels available. Hardwood floors throughout the house.
Spacious 2 car garage with ping pong table.
Large furnished patio/dining and propane gas barbeque area and deck area in front and back part of the house, overlooking greenbelt which backs up to dark horse golf course.
You can swim at the Lake or just relax around the Olympic size pool at the main beach. In the daytime, afternoon or evening, you can enjoy barbequing or picnicking at one of the seven beaches/parks. Great place for walking or riding bikes. If you like other activities, there are tennis courts and golf for a nominal fee.
During the winter months you can enjoy Skiing, Snowboarding and Snow parks at Boreal or Sugar Bowl just 45 minutes away. We have a nice wood burning stove to cozy up to after a long day of playing in the snow.
You can also enjoy nearby Thunder Valley Casino just 20-30 mins away in the City of Rockland.
This place is great for family gathering, to enjoy holidays or just to get away to relax.
