The living room has a table with chairs for 4 people and double sofa with coffee table. A satellite TV with most known international news channels it is available too. Two front doors lead directly to the entry terrace and the private parking.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, electric cooker, extractor, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cutlery and utensils for cooking and serving of meals up to four people.
