This fully furnished private home, owned by Jon and Nancy, is decorated in Southwestern décor and sleeps 6-8. It also features a private entrance guest house perfect for one or two or three. Red Rock Escape is the ideal accommodation for those seeking a peaceful and quiet stay with easy access to lots of amenities.

§ A 50% deposit including 50% of the cleaning fee and 100% of damage deposit secures your reservation
§ The other half (50%) need to be received by Jon Whitcomb at the below address 15 days prior to arrival.
§ Checks, PayPal, traveler’s checks, money orders or cash accepted.
§ No pets unless accepted in writing from the owner
§ No smoking indoors but there is plenty of room outside and the views are great
§ Check In Time: 3:00 PM, earlier if arrangements made in advance
§ Check Out Time: 11:00 AM, later is arrangements made in advance
§ Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellations for non National Holiday dates, deposits will be refunded if notification is made 14 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellations for National Holidays dates deposits will be refunded if notification is made 30 days prior to arrival.
