The nearest beach, Seabright, is 1 ½ miles drive from the house. Highway 1, one minute away, provides quick and convenient access to all the local beaches, Capitola and all the other wonderful locations in Monterey Bay.

Capitola shopping Mall is 2 1/2 miles away and the famous Pacific Avenue, with its walking mall, shops, dozens of restaurants and coffee shops is 2 miles from the house.
There is a first-class Golf course behind the house, 1 mile drive by car.
The caretaker lives in a separate building at the back of the property, so anything you need can be attended to quickly.
