The guest bedroom furniture was upgraded in September of 2011.
The balcony offers an incredible view looking directly west over the Gulf of Mexico as well as looking north along the sands of Clearwater Beach, all the way to Pier 60. Seating for 4 is provided on the balcony.
The kitchen was updated with tile countertops and a built-in microwave above the stove and oven. There is a stacked washer/dryer in a cubby in the kitchen.
The generously sized bedrooms have lots of closet space. The master bedroom has its own bath with shower and twin sinks. The second bedroom has a new queen set. Both bedrooms have windows facing east, looking at adjacent buildings and the intra-coastal waterway.
The location of the 440 West Condos places you a short walk to the white sands of Clearwater Beach as well as providing easy access to restaurants, shopping and even some nightlife as well as a Walgreens and mini-golf.
