Private villa with pool, 10 minutes from Disney Land <br /><br />As you approach The Abbey through the fully landscaped boulevards, you will know that the villa will be the accommodation you will have dreamed of - in fact unless you are visiting a theme park or golf course, you will be reluctant to leave the house!<br /> <br /> As part of the quiet exclusive gated community of West Haven, The Abbey consists of 58 executive villas of varying designs, located around a single road and is accessed through electric security gates.<br /> <br /> Written Tour<br /> As you open the front door you are greeted by the magnificent tiled pool. The pool is of the 'courtyard' type which means that it is an area integrated within the main house not an addition and has underwater lighting. In cooler months the pool can be heated at an additional charge.<br /> <br /> The deck and lanai which surrounds the pool on three sides is of a material which, even on the hottest of days, will never burn your feet and the overhead fan provides additional breeze if required. Furnished with high quality pool furniture, this area is just right for that evening cocktail. All bedrooms open out onto the deck area through alarmed patio doors to ensure the safety of the younger guest.<br /> <br /> Having passed the pool and entered the house you find yourself in the open plan family area consisting of a lounge with two sofas and chair in order to view the T.V with all cable channels, D.V.D. or video. Access to the internet is also provided from this room. Patio doors open onto a small patio for that Floridian breakfast overlooking the managed orange groves.<br /> <br /> The fully equipped open plan kitchen has all the appliances you will require and many you may not even use; large fridge/freezer with ice maker; oven; hob; microwave; dishwasher, waste disposal; toaster, blender/juicer; coffee maker; kettle etc. alongside all cutlery, china, glassware, cooking implements and linens to name but a few.<br /> <br /> A breakfast bar with three stools separates the kitchen from the formal dining area where there is a table with formal settings for 6 people.<br /> <br /> The first master queen sized en-suite bedroom leads off the family area with access to the lanai from both the bedroom and showeroom through alarmed patio doors. As well as a T.V. and telephone, hair dryer and curling tongs and there is a walk-in closet in which can be found a safe for your valuables.<br /> <br /> Off of the kitchen is access to the two twin bedded rooms that share a family shower/bathroom. Again both bedrooms can access the lanai through alarmed patio doors.<br /> <br /> The second queen sized en-suite master bedroom is of the 'cabana' type meaning that the room is located separately to the rest of the accommodation on the third side of the pool. As well as a T.V., a walk-in closet is provided.<br /> <br /> All bed linens are provided along with towels etc. for use within the building at no additional charge. You may wish to bring your own swimming towels if visiting the beaches.<br /> <br /> A laundry room is available with a washing machine and dryer for the use of guests. (Be amazed how quick these machines are when compared to the UK). An iron and ironing board is also provided.<br /> <br /> All rooms are fully air conditioned or heated in the cooler months, and all feature a ceiling fan for use in the summer months. All rooms have both fire and carbon monoxide alarms and there is the provision of emergency lighting in the event of power failure.<br /> <br /> A games room provides full size table tennis, basketball practice game with electronic scoring, a darts board with soft tipped darts for safety, hockey and fooseball. A PlayStation 2 system and games is also available for use in the property as well as books and board games.<br /> <br /> Personal comment<br /> When we first experienced the environment of West Haven and visited The Abbey, we knew immediately that we had to purchase the property and looked forward to the challenge of welcoming guests to our beautiful villa and ultimately spending a large part of our retirement there (can't wait although some years off yet!).<br /> <br /> We are sure that you will have a fabulous vacation at The Abbey and take away with you many happy memories of your stay.
