This villa is sumptuously furnished to the highest standards. The family room boasts a large 60 inch Sony TV and DVD with a choice of DVD films. The home has satellite TV (300 CHANNELS) through-out. Every bedroom has a tv/dvd. Fully automatic climate control and ceiling fans for your comfort. We have also provided wireless internet connection and free unlimited long distance phone calls.No expense was spared on this rental home and our interior designer was given a free hand with budget and design. The photos do not do the villa justice but they will help give you some idea of its quality.
This home has Cable TV's in all of the bedrooms as well as the family room. You will also find that the home boasts a music system throughout the home for your enjoyment.
The King size Master bedroom is sheer luxury. It has a king size bed and a beautiful en-suite bathroom, French doors leading out to the Pool, Spa and kiddies pool, overlooking Star Lake and Parkland to the side offering unrivalled privacy, it also has its own tv and dvd.
The second King size bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom. The third King size bedroom boasts a large walk in shower. The Queen size bedroom also has a ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower. There are also three bedrooms, two with twin beds (one, an Ice Age theme) and one with two Winnie the Pooh bunk beds. Each adult bedroom has a private bathroom, the twin bedroom has access to the pool bathroom and the two other twin rooms share a bathroom.
The private luxury screened pool gets the sun all day round and has the largest deck area on the lake with plenty sun loungers so you can obtain that all important sun tan! At night see the amazing fiber optic light show in the pool while you watch the fireworks at The Magic Kingdom from the pool area.
You'll just love the space, comfort, and quality of this home and it is perfect for that dream vacation.
Our games room has a full size top of the range Pool Table, electronic darts board, a Las Vegas 'TERMINATOR' style Slot Machine with free play, XBOX 360 and a Playstation 2 with games. It is fully air conditioned and carpeted.
The Pool, Jacuzzi and Children's Pool are fitted with Fiber Optic Lighting which makes them change color every 30 seconds. This provides an incredible light show at night and the adults seem to love it as much as the children. We have a huge deck area with ample loungers and a full dining table under the lanai. We have the sound system wired to the pool area so you can lay back and listen to your favorite music by the pool. We also have a Dora the Explorer interactive playhouse for our younger guests.
The Sun decks are East/West facing so the sun is on the pool area the moment it rises. We have soft upholstered pool furniture, comfortable sun loungers, occasional drink tables, to provide shade for the fairer skinned a large under cover Lanai area with full dining facilities, outside the pool area there is a barbecue for those large get togethers.
Children's Play Area: We have a children's play area exclusively for your children's use outside the pool area fitted with swings and slide and lots of other stuff to keep little ones amused for hours. So you can relax at the pool and still keep an eye on them on the swing set. We also have a basketball net and ball for your enjoyment.
Fishing Rods: We have provided fishing rods and tackle for our guests to use in the lake.
Bikes: We have provided bikes for our guests so everyone can enjoy them on the open Florida bike paths.
Two Way Radios: We have provided a pair of two way radios as these add a little more security for you and you kids when you are in the parks or shopping.

Cancellation Policy
Providing the owners receive written notice of cancellation not less than 12 weeks prior to the actual booking date, the signatory will not be liable to pay the full balance. It is the responsibility of the signatory to ensure that the signed cancellation letter reaches the owner. Email cancellations are not acceptable. The reservation deposit will be forfeited. If the cancellation is received after 12 weeks prior to the start of the holiday the signatory is liable to pay the full balance of the final invoice. The owners reserve the right to cancel any bookings providing written notice is given and any balance paid refunded. In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control, necessitate cancellation of the booking, we will refund any monies paid to the party leader. (Without interest, compensation or consequential loss of any kind).
