Kissimmee is also roughly 10 minutes from Epcot Center, 15 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World, and 45 minutes from Cape Canaveral. <br /> <br /> All accommodations are individually decorated and are equipped with cable TV, telephones, linens, and kitchen facilities.<br /> <br /> To confirm your reservation we require a $250 deposit that will be applied to the rental balance. All balances must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival. Each reservation is subject to a $20 processing fee, $35 damage waiver and $1.50 per day resort fee to be paid at time of arrival.<br /> <br /> For stays less than 3 nights a cleaning fee must be paid upon arrival.
