The house was built around 1910 as a rooming house for nurses of the Florida East Coast Hospital and is located two blocks from Flagler College, six blocks from Historic downtown St. Augustine and just a few miles from great shopping and the beach. It has been completely remodeled with care to offer new amenities yet keep all its original charm!
