The living area opens onto a covered deck, which runs the length of the house. This adds significant space to the living area and allows adults to keep a watchful eye on children playing on the beach below. This deck is furnished with a large dining table and several chairs. The second floor deck offers great views and easy access to the beach. Our guest?s report that they absolutely love to sit on the deck and watch the dolphins? jump, the pelicans zoom in for a catch, and the sea gulls flying in military formation. Of course, swimming, shelling, gathering sharks teeth, walking, surf fishing, and sunning on the beach are everyday activities. Often tide pools form and make baby-sized swimming pools on the beach for the toddlers. <br /> <br /> The dining area overlooks the ocean through a large set of bay windows. This area is fitted with a teak farm table that has seating for everyone. The gourmet kitchen has beautiful granite counters and is equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, icemaker, smooth top electric range, and microwave. There is also a built-in ice maker that holds 25lbs of ice. You will find other conveniences, including a blender, mixer, toaster, and drip coffee pot. It has four bedroom suites, each with its own private bath. All bedrooms have their own television and VCR or DVD player. The bed does not have a regular sofa sleeper mattress; it has an air mattress which makes this bed VERY comfortable.
