Located in Navarre Beach, Florida, only 20 miles west of Destin, you will be free from the crowds and traffic while being directly on the beach overlooking the Gulf with a beach-side pool and jacuzzi. <br /> <br /> Our condo offers incredible panoramic views of the beach and ocean. Our towering 11 foot ceilings (found only on the 2nd floor and penthouse units- all other units have 9 foot ceilings) combine with huge windows, ceiling height sliding glass doors, a large mirrored wall and a wrap around balcony to afford you breathtaking views from just about anywhere inside the condo. Imagine gazing at a sugar-white beach and emerald green waters all day long!<br /> <br /> This is a VERY large unit.... nearly 1,700 square feet. (1,400 sf cooled interior space and almost 300sf of balcony). It is tastefully decorated in a tropical "beachy" style. <br /> <br /> Need to surf....the net? No problem. We have a computer desk in the living room with a flat screen COMPAQ computer and wire-less High-Speed Internet service.<br /> <br /> Sleeping accommodations could not be more complete! We have a super-firm King Bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen Bed in the 2nd Bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the 3rd room. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room. Of course, all rooms have there own bathrooms as well as TV's and phones. in addition, all rooms have either a DVD player or a VCR.<br /> <br /> The fully stocked kitchen has everything you can imagine for a long, comfortable stay: Corian Countertops and breakfast bar, white cabinets with raised panel doors, White-on-White Frigidaire appliances including refrigerator w/ice maker, self-<br /> cleaning oven, space saver microwave, dishwasher and disposal.<br /> <br /> Have small children or babies? We do!..... and our condo is designed with them in mind. Large crib in the Master Bedroom, highchair in the dining room, and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom.<br /> <br /> Need to do laundry? Our unit is equiped with a Full-size washer and dryer. <br /> <br /> Our Master bath is also beautiful and spacious. It features both a large Marble Tub PLUS a standing glass surround shower.
