The Nani Kai Hale features a complete, large and open, modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, sealed top stainless steel stove/range, built-in stainless steel microwave, stainless steel side by side refrigerator with water & ice, dishwasher, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare complete meals. The living areas are light and airy with 2-story vaulted ceilings & wrap-around ocean & mountain views.The upstairs living room offers commanding views of the entire Hauula Bay & features rich brown leather sofas, large flat screen cable television, wi-fi high speed internet router, printer/fax/scanner, full bathroom with jetted tub, recessed lighting, recessed ceiling speakers connected to our top of the line music/sound system, DVD player, and VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) phone with free local & international (long distance) calling. So if you have to stay connected to your office on your vacation, but want absolute luxury you have to look no further.
On the main level of the home there are three bedrooms (one master suite), a laundry closet with complimentary heavy duty capacity washer & dryer and a hall bath. All three bathrooms feature jetted bathtubs, travertine stone work, granite counter tops, & luxury details too rich to describe. Two of the three bedrooms have ultra thick, extra plus pillow top queen size beds. The Master Suite has an ultra thick, extra plus pillow top king size bed. The house can sleep up to eight (8) guests utilizing the queen size sleeper in the upstairs sofa. The Nani Kai Hale offers unparalleled luxury beachfront.

There is plenty of area for sunbathing on the beach or on the grassy yard or stroll down the beach to the Hauula beach park and coral preserve for some great snorkeling and swimming or take out the two complimentary ocean kayaks. Close by are world famous North Shore attractions such as the Hauula hiking trails & preserve, Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay Resort & Golf, Brigham Young University, Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, Kualoa Ranch and the last unspoiled "Hawaiian" style towns on Oahu. Come enjoy your Hawaii vacation directly on the beach with this luxury North Shore beachfront vacation home.

Rental Rates for this Vacation Rental Property
RATES in USD and based upon amount of nights booked:
For a bookings of: Nightly:
3 or more nights $499.99
5 or more nights $469.99
7 or more nights $429.99
We charge a flat rate of $4,199.93 for reservations covering Christmas or New Year's Holiday. This rate covers up to 7 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal nightly rate. Christmas reservations must vacate by December 29 and New Years reservations cannot arrive earlier than December 29. Reservations which include both Christmas and New Years are billed a flat rate of $8,399.86 and cover up to 14 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal rate.
TERMS:
All rates quoted are based upon four (4) person occupancy and are charged based upon the amount of nights you stay.
Absolute minimum requirement for booking a reservation is three (3) nights.
Minimum requirement for Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Easter and BYU Graduation (Spring) is 7 nights.
Minimum requirement for Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fourth of July is 5 nights.
Add $15.00 daily charge for each additional guest over four (4) person occupancy up to a maximum of eight (8) people, including children over 1 year of age.
The Nani Kai Hale has on-site parking for up to four (4) cars in its driveway. Guests can park along side the road or at the adjacent Hauula Beach Park.
Add a $261.78 one-time cleaning fee to all reservations.
Complimentary use of our two (2) ocean kayaks & boogie boards is included with the rent.

Cancellation Policy
To hold your reservation we require a non-refundable 25% advance deposit. No reservation is guaranteed until the rental agreement ("terms and conditions") has been agreed to online (during reservation process) and the initial deposit paid. Any changes to the reservation after the agreement is accepted and the deposit is paid will be subject to a one-time $100 administrative processing charge (excluding cancellation when deposit is non-refundable). If you cancel after final payment has been made, or after arrival at the property, you agree to forfeit all rents prepaid except for any amount we are able to recover through re-renting the property. We reserve the right to re-rent the property for less than the amount you agreed to pay and will refund only the amount we are able to recover. No exceptions to this policy will be made for any reason. You are advised to obtain travel insurance coverage.
