Accommodations: Steps down or up to a terraced entry, open kitchen/living room with hardwood floors; to sunroom with day bed and dining table and screened door to deck overlooking the bay; bath with shower off main room; Companionway ladder (steep steps) to 2nd floor with large Queen Sized Bed, desk, bureau, and closet; large windows with water and garden views.
