Area Description: The Marquette Beach House is located on two partially wooded acres, with 125 feet of sandy beach frontage, right on the shore of Lake Superior. The Beach House is located five miles from Marquette and is in a very beautiful semi-rural neighborhood.

Rental Rates for this Vacation Rental Property
Summer 2011 dates still available:
June 29-30: $300/2 nights
July 8-15: $950/week (new cancellation!)
September 20-30: $900/week
Shorter-length rates are as follows:
$135/night with 3 night minimum or $300 for two nights
- Rates are based on an occupancy of: 8
- Minimum stay: 7 nights
- Other fees: $250 security deposit, to be returned after your stay
- Lodging Tax: 6%
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 30 days or less to date of reservation, security deposit will not be returned, unless we are able to rent out the reserved dates.
