It has 1 queen bed in 1 sleeping area and in another smaller bed area is a bunkbed unit with 2 twin beds in it, as well as a double sofabed in the living area. The sleeping areas are separated from each other by an 8' solid partition wall (ceilings 12') and from the living area by sliding fabric panels. Nicely furnished, private laundry and computer use and completely outfitted dining room with service for 6. and a well equipped kitchen /full bath with tub/shower, about 900 sq. ft. This apt is perfect for traveling families with younger children or a couple with one single. Located on the quietest block in Tribeca, known as designers row. It is air conditioned, and has cable TV, a separate laundry, with a washer/dryer and computer with high speed internet access,provided for your convenience. The downtown location is ideal in one of New York's hottest most desirable areas. This landmark historic district (19th century cast iron architecture) with cobblestone streets is just a few blocks from both the galleries and shopping of SoHo and the 4 star restaurants in the heart of Tribeca.
