Kathy's Kottage is approximately 1,000 square feet with central heat and air conditioning. Don't let the size fool you because every square inch of this duplex unit is well utilized, making it appear much larger than one would ordinarily expect! The house was renovated in the spring of 2007 with beautiful tile floors and fine carpeting.<br /> <br /> Kathy’s Kottage is a non-smoking vacation home with high speed (wireless) internet, cablevision with flat screen tvs, phone, outdoor grill (new) ceiling fans throughout the house, central air & heat, icemaker, washer, dryer and microwave. It is located on the second row with a vacant lot between the house and the ocean, providing a lovely scenic view. The large sun deck on the ocean side of the house is equipped with rocking chairs, a chaise lounge, and plenty of built-in benches all around, which makes for nice, cozy family gatherings, especially at night! There is an electric awning that can be used to cover half of the deck.....perfect for fair skinned people! There are also steps from the deck to the street level that take you right to the beach. A convenient wooden access walkway to the beach is located within just a few feet of the house. Chairs are available to take out on the beach (but please remember to wash the sand off and bring them back inside when you are finished using them!). <br /> <br /> Kathy's Kottage is a PET FRIENDLY unit with a $125.00 NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee, per dog. This is a very clean and comfortable vacation rental. We understand how important it is for some families to bring their pets with them when they go on vacation. 4 out of 5	Our family has stayed here for 3 or 4 years, off and on. We really like the duplex. It is close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, not a brand new place but nicely renovated vintage duplex.
