Large open kitchen, dining area, living room. Fireplace and flat screen TV in living room. Our units are ready to occupy when you check-in (you do not have to make beds or clean for the next people). We require a contract and security deposit. As long as the house is left in good condition, your security deposit is refunded. We find this works much better than charging cleaning fees. And it saves you money. We own all units, we are not an agency so we take care of our property and ask that you treat our property with kindness. Many of our guests are repeat customers. <br /> <br /> All units have kitchens and many have jetted tub and fireplace. The location is terrific, just a few short blocks to beach, restaurants, shops and much more. Note: all units are non-smoking and no pets allowed. Units are very nice and spotlessly clean. We have designed our duplex and both houses with families in mind.
