Sandcastle Dreams Enterprise is proud to announce we have survived the hurricane. Galveston, Texas is going through a transition but many sights are still around while new ones are being developed. This will be a year or so of restoration, rejuvenation and creating new memories. When the 1900 storm came and devasted the island, the heart of Galveston survivors brought it back with integrity, hard work and dedication. They knew there was a heartbeat here and had the initiative as well as the support of one another to return to a new and beautiful Island. That heartbeat is still alive today in the 21st century and more alive than ever before. There are still the famous areas of yesterday while new areas have begun to develop. My husband and I were first time visitors to Galveston, when we came to stay at the BOI Cottage. We had a VERY relaxing, and worry free vacation! The beach was a short walk from the cottage. We also walked to nearby restaurants and attractions. The cottage was in a nice, quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. The cottage was comfortable, and the decor made me feel like I was at a home away from home! My husband and I left wanting to stay longer!

We recently stayed in this clean and cute cottage and enjoyed every minute of it! Everything is so close it's unreal and we also made good use of the kitchen. Sitting outside was so relaxing and peaceful! My whole family loved it! Can't wait to come back, and like my husband said, it's home away from home!
